Here at J and D Reptiles, we want to educate the public, young and old, about reptiles, and other creatures.   We have many interesting animals here, ranging  from all over the world and of all different sizes.  Our smallest animals are our Madagascan Hissing Cockroaches at about 2-4 inches,  while a mid-size animal here would be our Ball Pythons at about 3-5 feet, and our largest animal is our female Red Tail Boa Constrictor at  8.5 feet!! (+/- an inch or so).  All of these animals are a part of our world, whether you think so or not, and getting to see them up close and personal can be a GREAT experience.

 

 

 

 

  Details of our Shows

 - With our shows/Demos it's the whole deal here. I Bring 10 animals (either selected by you or us when the show is scheduled).  I talk about J and D Reptiles and what the average season is like for us.  I introduce myself, and discuss each animal and take questions after each animal has been talked about.  At the end people are welcome to ask us more questions,  meet me, and hold/touch some animals.  I never let animals get handled without supervision.  Shows are good for larger groups (ie. large gatherings, fests, large after school groups, etc)and they last about 1-3 hours.

  

 - B-Day Parties/Smaller Events are a Blast!!  I bring 5 usually larger animals (either selected by you or us when the the Party/event is scheduled).  I introduce myself.  I talk, just a bit, about J and D Reptiles, discuss each animal and then take questions after each animal has been talked about.  At the end, people are welcome to ask more questions, meet me, and touch/hold animals.  I never let animals get handled without supervision.  B-Day Parties and Smaller events are good  for smaller groups (ie. B-Day Parties, single classroom visits, etc.) and usually last about 1- 2 hours.

 

We do have fees for our shows... ALL monies earned are for the care and upkeep of our animals.

 

 

Shows/Demos:   $125.00/hour*
