We are FedEx certified to ship our reptiles and amphibians NATIONWIDE!!!  All you need to do, is send us an email with your zip code, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible with a quote.  All animals are shipped priority overnight to arrive at their destination no later than 10:30AM.  We DO NOT SHIP cages/vivariums, they are for LOCAL PICK UP ONLY!  We accept Paypal, Bank Checks, and Cash.

 

 

1:  We sex our animals to the best of our ability, if an animal is marked unsexed it means it must be to young to tell. If an animal is marked with the sex then we are 100% sure about it.

 

2:  All animals are free of parasites.

 

3:  We must be contacted within 48 hours if an animal arrives DOA, or dies withing 48 hours of getting it. If the animal dies you can either get a refund (less shipping) or exchange for the same type of animal as long as it is the same price.  However we do not guarantee an animal if it dies during a delay or by mishandling by the carrier.

 

4:  If you are a MA citizen or buy an animal at the facility you MUST pay state tax(NOW 6.25%), so this will be figured into your total.

 

5:  All animals sold are eating, drinking, etc and are 100% healthy.

 

6:  All animals are CBB or CB, we don't deal with WC or CH animals.

 

7:  KNOW YOUR STATE LAWS....we will not knowingly sell an animal to a state where the animal is prohibited.

 

8:  We have the right to NOT ship in temperatures under 40 degrees F  and over 90 degrees F, so please be aware that we might ask you about the temps. in your area, or that we might delay shipping due to bad temperatures here.

 

9:  We only ship Monday - Thursday to help ensure that no delays will happen.

 

10: Payment plans available for items/animals 200.00 and up.  A 20 percent non-refundable payment must be put down to ensure your purchase.
